This sweet card was made using MelJen's Pappa Bear digi image. I colored it using my copics and kept the layout and papers simple, but the colors bright and cheerful. I finished it off using Amy R's sentiments.

My favorite flower of all time... the carnation ... so for you today I created a card using MelJen's Carnations along with Amy R's Sentiments. I kept this card simple since the idea is to send loving wishes for the recipient.

Chicken Soup

 I love this stamp set by Paper and Such! It is sooo stinkin' cute! I bought it a couple weeks ago and have been dying to ink it up! I think over all this creation came out very cute! My paper is from The Paper Studio and My Mind's Eye, Copic and Tim Holts Distress Inks were used and Yellow Ribbon finished it off!

Spring Flowers!

Hello All!! I am totally loving spring this year! Usually we are up to our elbows in snow here in North Dakota from November til April and then what little bit of spring we get in May is quickly overrun by a damp summer June through August... BUT! Not this year. It's been in the 50's and 60's throughout February until now (early April) ... so I am totally loving these fun Spring themed images!

 

So fir this card I used MelJen's Lazy Susan Buggies Digi Image. I printed it on my new Cryogen white paper I bought from The Paper Temptress (the ribbon was also from paper temptress) and colored it using my Copics. My sentiments are by Amy R over at All That Scraps. Of course it was not complete without some Stickles on the bee wings and flowers! I absolutely LOVED creating this card. The image was so much fun to color and I think the card just came out fabulous!

Hello My Crafty Friends!! 
It's been a while since I've had some real time to work on a card or two..but I am back and it feels good!! So these projects were both using the same Digi Image Spring Kiki La Rue.

Tag! Part Two!

Heya! Here's my 2nd go at a tag! This one is using the same shape as the first (Spellbinders Labels 14) and paper from "the sweet shoppe" I loved that paper because it is already embossed. I stamped the latte and colored it using my copics, then stamped the sentiment "A true friend has seen you before coffee and likes you anyway" by Amy R Stamps. Tag This, then Paper-Piece it!!

Hello Everyone!! I am totally excited!! For the first time EVERRRRR I paper-pieced!! And, also for the first time everrrr I created an actual tag!!! 

So! I used a few items for this fun and sweet tag! First of all, my image is the very sweet Pure Innocence Hello Cupcake and I colored her using my copic markers. I then die cute the tag shape from Gina K Pure Luxury 120lb card stock, and using my Spellbinders Dies Labels 14 with my cuttlebug. I picked matching paper from my 6x6 pad called "it's the little things" by fancy pants designs to use on the background and on her little dress. I added twine and adhered the image using pop-ups. This creation was so much fun!  The sentiment says "Life is Short, Eat the Icing First"
