CMC Card Entry #1

Hello Everyone!

I am back with another challenge entry! This time it is for a group over at Color Me Creative. They have some amazing prizes up for grabs! So here I have my first entry. The challenge requirement is to use gold, cream & white. I hope to have time to get one more done as we are allowed up to two entries!

This pretty card was made using Kissy Kissy digi stamp by The Greeting Farm and the Sentiment is by Amy R over at All That Scraps. I stamped the sentiment in Gold ink and heat embossed it with clear powder. Both the bride and groom were colored with copics. For his suit and tie I used c3, c5, c7 & w3. For her dress, flowers and eye shadow I used r00 & r83.

This card was created for and will be entered into the CMC Gold, Cream & White Challenge

Puppy Lovin' Valentine's Card

Hello All!! Here I created a Boy's Theme Valentine's Day Card! Using MelJen's Lovey Pup, I printed and colored this cute pup using my HP Photosmart printer and Copic Markers. I embossed an accent blue strip with doodle hearts by The Paper Studio and rounded all the corners, added brads and sponged the edges for a little something extra. The sentiment "be my valentine" was stamped in Memento Rich Cocoa Ink. Tons of fun to make - total time invested is about 1 hour.

I will be entering this card into Challenge #89 MelJen's Blog

Thank You for looking!!

Challenge Entry!

Hello Again!

I've entered in yet another challenge! I am really enjoying these challenges! On to my creation: This is a sweet bookmark for a sweet friend. Made with beautiful floral card stock, I stamped, cut and sponged the sentiment: Thank you for loving me even when I a unlovable. Your friendship means the world to me. The paper has various shades of browns and neutrals with hints of blue, so the ink choice is Tim Holtz Faded Denim to accent the paper. I finished it off with a nicely dotted brown and white ribbon. I really enjoyed this challenge!

This bookmark will be entered into these challenges:
Paper Sundaes Challenge #93
Dream Valley Challenges #19
Corrosive Challenges #136

Thanks for looking everyone and do be afraid to click "share"! The more fans and followers the better!! =)

Challenge Entry!

Hello Friends!

I am participating in another challenge! This challenge is being hosted over at Stamp & Create's Blog! The theme for this challenge is Banners, Penant Flags & Bunting. So without further ado,  here is my card!

For this creation I used a digi image from Digi Stamp Boutique printed on Gina K 120lb White card stock and colored it with my copic markers. I then used the sentiment "Friends are the true gift of the season" from Amy R's Handy Christmas Greetings Set  and punched it out. The Banner across the top was made with my banner set by spellbinders and my cuttlebug. All the patterned paper is by The Paper Studio.

This card is for sale for $4. Total time invested in this creation was 1.5 hours.

Thank you for looking and remember to shop handmade this holiday season.

Old Friends

Hello Everyone!

Here's another card challenge I have entered! This challenge is being hosted over at StampTV - you can see all the entries here!

For this card, the theme was collage-stamping. Collage-Stamping is a new technique for me and completely out-of-the-box, but I am so pleased with my finished card.

So for this card I used a sentiment from CD Stamps it is from the Christian Friendship set, the images of the antiques in the background are by Stampin' Up from the puns set. I attached brads, ribbon and pearls to complete the look of the card. I also sponged the edges of the sentiment after die cutting with my Cuttlebug to really give the card an antiqued feel.

Thanks for looking everyone!

Challenge Entries!

Hello Everyone!

So I have decided to enter a couple different card challenges! I am hoping to be successful in these! I normally get so busy I forget deadlines and suddenly I am out of time.

So I am entering Paper Sundaes Challenge #91"Halloween or Fall" and here it is..

So Thankful For You has multiple layers of Autumn themed paper, glitter brads and soft ribbon to accent. The sentiment was stamped with memento ink in rich cocoa and the inside is complete with matching paper and a nice open space to write your note of thankfulness.

Enjoy!

Happy Haunting!

Have a Spooktacular Halloween! It has been a while since I posted a new blog. I apologize. It takes so much work to post everything on all my sites, sometimes one gets left behind for a while, but I am back! And I have brought a few spookies to share!

In gearing up for my upcoming craft show I have been trying to pump out the cards. Interestingly enough, the creativity is all there. The ideas and thoughts are rolling in! (which is awesome of course) But the time to sit and create has been a problem! Having quiet focus is not easily come by in my house! Anyone interested in baby sitting? ;) So on these cute spookies I used a variety of 3D embellishments, foam 3D adhesives and Halloween images from La-La-Land Crafts and The Greeting Farm I stamped, colored with Copic Markers and created this fun group of Halloween Greetings. These range in price from $2.00 to $3.00 depending on design, however they are not quite ready for sale. We'll see what sells this weekend and anything left is all yours! (If you see something you must have, I do take orders and can create a few cards especially for you. Send me an email or post a comment below to chat with me about what you need!)

Thanks for stopping by and come back soon for my Christmas Greetings!
