I'm so sorry that it has taken me so long to respond to your post about Shakeology, I have been a bit lacking in posting to my own blog :( I do appreciate your sharing about Shakeology as it is a fantastic product that offers much for health, wellness and weight loss. I personally have a shake on a daily basis (and sometimes more than 1) and have had tremendous success. Not only can it be used as a meal replacement, but it can be used as a recovery drink to aide in your fitness goals. It is low on the glycemic index, so it's healthy for diabetics to use. Also, as a gluten free product, it is a great option for those with Celiac's disease. There have also been wonderful testimonials done from people that suffer with fibromyalgia and how it helps to alleviate the symptoms of this condition as well.
